What makes Slatkin + Co. candles different from others?
Our candles are crafted with the highest concentration of fragrance oils and a custom blend of vegetable wax to ensure a clean, consistent burn and a room-filling scent experience.
How long will my candle typically burn?
Our standard 14.5 oz 3-wick candles typically provide a burn time of 25 to 45 hours, depending on the environment and wick maintenance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our fragrance reach to more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home fragrance products?
We want you to love your scent. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To prevent tunneling, always allow the wax to melt completely across the top to the edges of the jar during the first burn. This sets the 'memory' for the wax.
Are your fragrance oils safe for use around pets?
While our products meet all safety standards, we recommend using them in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets. Consult your veterinarian regarding specific scent sensitivities.
