At Slatkin + Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack your unused candles or diffusers in their original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
